Cleaning Glass Tubes
This is easier if you do not let too much residue build up. This is especially true for oils and substances that turn to a liquid.

Cleaning after using Regular Fiber as the smoking material. Simply take a small amount of the same smoking material, roll it into a little ball, and cram it into the tip of the Glass Tube. Be careful not to put more than will pass through the tube, or the tube could break and cut your fingers. Use a paper clip or straight coat hanger to push the smoking material through. You can vaporize the smoking material you used for the cleaning now that it is laden with oil. Leftover residue can be removed with a ball or swab of cotton and alcohol.

To clean the rubber hose
Repeat steps as above.

To clean the test tube
Use alcohol with a cotton swab.

Cleaning materials after vaping Solids and Oils
These are easier to remove while they are still warm. If they have been allowed to dry, become solid or caked on, let them soak in alcohol a little. The test tube can be cleaned with a hand-made scraper. Bend a small closed loop in the end of a coat hanger. After the material has been fully vaporized, insert the looped end of the coat hanger into the tube. Scrape the bottom of the tube gently, without scratching it, to remove the majority of the residue.
